Tegnap 08, Julius, 2005 1252 orakor a Tesco fele bicikliztem normalis tempoban (15-20 Kmh) allando sebessegel a bicikli uton ami az Aszalvolgyi ut mellet van es amikor kozelitettem a Ket Gobe Fogado parkolobol Aszalvolgyi utra csatlakozo keresztezodest egy fekete auto (Mercedesz “HPR-340” HU) 15-30 meter tavolsagrol ki bujt egy tavolabi parkolt szemely gepkocsi szallito teherauto mellol es ugyan arra az ut keresztezodes fele sietve gorsult!!! En hamarabb ertem a ket ut keresztezodesbe es mar 60% at is haladtam a keresztezodesen amikor az idaig csak gyorsulo fekete auto most az utolso pillanatban nagyot fekezve SZANDEKOSAN el utott engemet… En jogosan foglaltam el helyemet a ket ut keresztezodesben es elsobsegem volt a kesobb indulo es erkezo ugyan arra a pontra gyorsulo fekete autoval szemben. Az utolso pillanatban fekezo fekete auto engemet 90 fokos szogben az en job oldalamon teli talalattal el utott. En a fekete auto motor haz teteje kozepere estem ahogy az auto ki lokte alolam a biciklimet majd testemmel tovabb haladva a Tesco iranyaba a lenduletem miatt es biciklim nelkul le gurultam a fekete autorol es a foldre estem majd gurultam meg egy kicsit amig a lenduletem vitt. En azonnal fel pattantam a foldrol es seruleseim vizsgalata nelkul nagyon fel indult allapotba csak angolul beszelve az idegesseg miatt gondolkozas nelkul pillanatok alatt a fekete auto vezetojehez mentem es arcaba utottem legalabb egyszer meg sem varva hogy o ki szaljon az utojabol ez az ido alatt mondtam neki hogy o szandekosan fel gyorsult es el utott engemet autojaval amikor latta hogy jovok es az utunk keresztezodni fog… es tovabb mondtam a vezetonek hogy hivom a rendorseget ne menjen el innen sehova... Egyertoen bollogatott a vezeto beleegyezve hogy nem megy el jelentes nelkul ami utan en vissza szereztem uralmamat onmagamon es felre alva az autojatol egy tiszteletbeli tavolsagrol le irtam az auto rendszamat es le irtam az idot hogy mikor tortent es a rendoroket fel hivtam a telefonomom kerve oket hogy azonnal jojjenek ide ki mert szandekosan el utott engemet egy fekete mercedesz. Az ota is meg tartom a tiszteletbeli tavolsagot az illetotol (Dr. Szakacs Ferenc Szekesfehervari lakos), de szeretnem tudatni mindenkivel hogy sajnalom azt a 10-15 masodpercnyi idore el veszitett onuralmat amikor bantalmaztam a fekete auto vezetojet miutan szandekosan el utott fekete autojaval.

(1) The first time the driver offered to "settle" with me was while he was still sitting in his car with the engine running and telling me he had to leave and wanting to settle this incident without official police notification by paying me off or something and I believed he was going to leave so this is when I punched the driver while simultaneously reaching into his car and attempting to turn the engine of the still running vehicle OFF and placing the ignition key on the roof of the driver's vehicle. Only after I punched the driver that he became passive agreeing to stay on the scene and cooperated in notifying the police about the incident! I had very little time to make a decision and I went with my instincts which was to prevent the driver from leaving the scene! ((bad decision))

(2) The driver, after exiting his vehicle, identified himself as a doctor, appeared to be concerned about my injuries which he caused by colliding with me with his car and offered to "settle" for the second time and just after I punched him (he was still fearing police involvement) and before nearby witnesses converged on the scene.

(3) The now four to five member group consisting of the driver and witnesses attempted to draw me into conversation with them that could have lead to further arguments and I refused their repeated advances towards me by moving back proportional distance each time as they approached me and I motioned to the whole group with my hands saying loudly, calmly and clearly to stay away from me and that the police are well on their way because I called them more than once...

(4) After the arrival of uniformed police one of the witnesses from the group of witnesses that converged on the scene identified himself to me as a plain clothes "Budaors police officer"...

(5) I wrote the incident time down on my notepaper as 1352Hrs, about 48 minutes later the responding uniformed police officer corrected me while we were siting in his car taking a report saying that the correct time now is 1340 Hrs and the incident must of happened at 1252 Hrs, I went along with his suggestion when writing my report ... later I checked my cellular phone call history for when I called the police and another person, the phone record confirms that the incident in fact happened at 1352Hrs on 08.JUL.2005 like I originally wrote on my notepaper and NOT the time that the police officer told me while we were sitting in his car due to the light rain...

(6) As far as I know there are still NO charges filed against the driver of the Mercedes for intentionally colliding with me at this intersection where he was deliberately accelerating his vehicle up to the last few seconds before colliding with my self while riding my bike just this side of the red STOP sign where our roads crossed...

(7) On 21.JUL.2005 I was found guilty in Szekesfehervar court of the felony crime of Assault and I was ordered to pay 90000 HUF plus court costs 7500 HUF...

(8) As a result of the collision, (drivers car front center colliding with my bicycle's right side dead center), my bicycle suffered a broken axle, the thick metal that turns as you pedal literally broke under the force of the collision, 5270 HUF to replace that axle and a new set of matching pedaling arms...

Stop sign cautions motorists before entering the dangereous four lane high speed highway.
